Under Petition Case No. 2, the company received a winding-up petition (HCCW 653/2026) filed by Amber Financial Services Group Limited (Petitioner 2) on August 18, 2026, also requesting the High Court to wind up the company under the Companies Winding Up Ordinance. This petition stems from the company's alleged failure to settle an unsatisfied judgment debt of approximately HKD 476,000 arising from a civil lawsuit (Case No. DCCJ 5704/2025). The hearing for Petition 2 is scheduled for November 4, 2026.
The company is currently seeking legal advice from its counsel regarding these petitions to assess the matters and evaluate their legal, financial, and operational impact on the company. Additionally, the company has applied to the Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading in its shares from 9:00 a.m. on August 21, 2026.
