Chaoju Eye Care Holdings Limited disclosed that on 5 October 2026 it repurchased 13,500 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 2.38 and HKD 2.40, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 32,192. All shares bought back are slated for cancellation.

The company’s issued share capital remains at 701.46 million shares, with no treasury shares outstanding as at the close of 5 October 2026. Although the headline share count is unchanged, 25 tranches of repurchases executed between 31 August and 5 October now total 2.92 million shares awaiting cancellation—about 0.42 % of current issued shares.

These purchases form part of a mandate granted on 12 May 2026 that authorises Chaoju Eye Care to buy back up to 70.52 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate have reached 6.26 million shares, equivalent to 0.89 % of the share base on the mandate date, leaving considerable headroom for further buy-backs.

Management confirms all transactions complied with Hong Kong listing rules and settlement requirements. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or transfers is in effect until 4 November 2026 following the latest on-market purchase.
