Tianyu Semiconductor to Convene 27 August Board Meeting for H1 2026 Results and Interim Dividend Deliberation

Guangdong Tianyu Semiconductor Co., Ltd. has announced that its board of directors will meet on Thursday, 27 August 2026. The primary agenda includes:
• Reviewing and approving the unaudited consolidated results for the six months ended 30 June 2026.
• Authorising the publication of the interim financial report.
• Considering the declaration and payment of an interim dividend, if any.
The board currently comprises one executive director (Li Xiguang), two non-executive directors (Au Yeung Chung and Jiang Dacai) and three independent non-executive directors (He Zhengsheng, Li Min and Chin Vincent).
The meeting notice was signed by Chairman and Executive Director Li Xiguang and released in Hong Kong on 17 August 2026.
