GuocoLand (Malaysia) Berhad (GUOCO) announced on Aug, 13 2026 that Bursa Malaysia Securities will remove the company’s entire issued share capital from the Official List of Bursa Securities at 9:00 a.m. on Aug, 18 2026.
The delisting follows the completion of a privatisation via a selective capital reduction and repayment exercise carried out under Section 116 of the Companies Act, 2016. Maybank Investment Bank made the announcement on behalf of the board, noting that the removal from listing marks the final step in the corporate exercise first proposed on Feb, 3 2026.
