TIANGE (Tian Ge Interactive Holdings Ltd.) has released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, covering operations from 1 January to 31 December 2025 across offices in Hong Kong, Hangzhou, Jinhua and Dubai that account for 93.40% of revenue.
Governance & Materiality • The Board retains ultimate oversight of ESG strategy, risk and disclosure, supported by senior management. • Eight Tier-1 material issues were prioritised, led by energy efficiency, platform development, operational compliance and data protection.
Climate & Environment • A 15% absolute reduction target for Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse-gas emissions is set for 2030 against a 2024 baseline. • FY-2025 Scope 1+2 emissions fell 3.7% year on year to 157.31 tCO2-e; total energy use rose 3.8% to 320.33 MWh, reflecting higher fuel consumption for company vehicles. • Scope 3 emissions were disclosed for the first time at 427.34 tCO2-e, lifting total carbon footprint to 584.65 tCO2-e. • Non-hazardous waste dropped 79.3% to 14.56 tonnes after tighter 4R (Replace, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) controls; water use was broadly stable at 4,170 m³. • No environmental non-compliance cases were recorded.
Customers & Platform Integrity • Zero material substantiated service complaints and no product recalls were reported. • A proprietary three-tier content-filtering system and an anti-addiction module for minors underpin platform safety; privacy safeguards include mandatory employee confidentiality pacts and 24/7 monitoring.
Employees • Headcount rose 36.9% to 141, split 60% male and 40% female; 83.7% are based in Hong Kong and mainland China. • Overall turnover increased to 26%, with higher churn among staff under 30. • The Group recorded zero work-related fatalities and injuries; staff receive annual medical checks, flexible work options and on-site fitness facilities. • Average training hours were 1.44 per employee and 79% of staff received training; anti-corruption sessions were delivered to directors and employees.
Supply Chain & Ethics • One major supplier, located in mainland China, was assessed for ESG risk; none were classified as high-risk. • TIANGE remains a member of the China Enterprise Anti-Fraud Alliance and reported no corruption cases.
Community • While no formal community programmes were run in 2025, employees were encouraged to volunteer; the Group plans to expand community involvement going forward.
