JF SmartInvest Adds 79,300 Shares to Treasury via HK $2.14 Million Buyback

JF SmartInvest Holdings Ltd. (JF SmartInvest) disclosed that it repurchased 79,300 ordinary shares on 8 October 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK $26.36 to HK $27.70, producing a volume-weighted average cost of HK $27.04 per share and an aggregate consideration of HK $2.14 million.

Key post-transaction metrics: • Outstanding shares (excluding treasury) decreased to 462.37 million, down 0.0171% from the previous day’s 462.45 million. • Treasury shares rose to 5.98 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 468.36 million.

Mandate utilisation: • The repurchase was executed under the general mandate approved on 18 June 2026, which authorises buy-backs of up to 46.41 million shares. • Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 1.91 million shares, equivalent to 0.41% of the company’s issued share base at the mandate date, leaving around 44.49 million shares of remaining capacity.

Regulatory window: • In line with Main Board Rule 10.06, JF SmartInvest is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 7 November 2026.

The company’s board confirmed that the transaction complied with all applicable Hong Kong Listing Rules and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
