LX Technology trims float via HKD 3.52 million share buyback, treasury stock rises to 2.45 million shares

On 1 June 2026, LX Technology Group Limited executed an on-market repurchase of 150,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying a total of HKD 3.52 million. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from HKD 22.76 to HKD 23.74, yielding a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 23.50 per share.

Following the transaction, LX Technology’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.04 % to 350.81 million shares, while treasury stock expanded to 2.45 million shares. The company’s total issued share count remains unchanged at 353.26 million shares.

The repurchase was executed under the mandate approved on 6 June 2025, which authorises the company to buy back up to 35.33 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 2.45 million shares, representing 0.69 % of the issued share base on the mandate date. A 30-day moratorium on new share issuance or disposal of treasury stock is in place until 1 July 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong listing regulations.

All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury shares; no cancellations have been carried out to date. The company confirmed that the transactions complied with the Main Board Listing Rules and that no material changes have occurred to the information previously disclosed in its explanatory statement dated 23 April 2025.
