TJCD July 2026 Monthly Return: Share Capital Steady at 310.74 Million H Shares, Public Float Fully Compliant

Tianjin Construction Development Group Co., Ltd. (TJCD) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming a stable capital structure and continued compliance with Hong Kong listing requirements.

The authorised share capital remained unchanged at 268.28 million renminbi, corresponding to 310.74 million H shares under the company’s no-par-value regime that took effect on 1 December 2025.

Issued share figures also showed no movement: 310.74 million H shares were in issue at both the start and end of July, with zero treasury shares outstanding. TJCD further certified that the free-float met the Main Board’s minimum 25% threshold.

No share options, warrants, convertible instruments or other equity-linked agreements were outstanding or issued during the month, and no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts were in place.

The submission was signed on 5 August 2026 by Chairperson and Non-executive Director Wang Wenbin, confirming adherence to all relevant regulatory and listing rule requirements.
