JST GROUP (06687) saw its shares drop more than 8%, declining 7.75% to HKD 18.82 by the time of writing, with a turnover of HKD 27.46 million. The decline comes as the company is set to face a lock-up expiration on April 21 (next Tuesday), involving 13 cornerstone investors whose unlocked shares total 33.06 million, representing 7.8% of the issued share capital. However, the company recorded a loss attributable to equity holders of about 1.66 billion yuan, shifting from a profit to a loss compared to the previous year. A recent research report maintained the 2026 revenue and adjusted net profit forecasts for JST GROUP largely unchanged but lowered the 2027 revenue forecast by 9.2% to 1.58 billion yuan and reduced the 2027 adjusted net profit forecast by 12.7% to 550 million yuan, citing potential negative impacts from macroeconomic headwinds on 2026 orders and 2027 revenue.
