CMSC Granted Approval to Issue Corporate Bonds Up to RMB 70 Billion

CMSC (HKEX: 06099) has announced that it recently received a registration approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The approval permits the company to issue corporate bonds to professional investors, with a total face value not exceeding 70 billion yuan.

The approval document states that the registration is valid for 24 months from the date of issuance. During this effective period, the company may conduct the bond issuance in multiple tranches.
