CLOUD FACTORY (02512) has released its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The group reported revenue of 943 million yuan, representing a 33.3% increase compared to the previous year. The annual profit was 11.764 million yuan, with basic earnings per share of 0.02 yuan.
The growth in total revenue was primarily driven by the continuous expansion of the group's business scale and the initial revenue contributions from new business areas. In particular, the rapid development of the IDC solution services segment and the intelligent computing segment contributed significantly to the overall revenue increase.
During the reporting period, with the significant growth in AI and large model applications, coupled with the ongoing acceleration of computing power network construction, computing resources are progressively becoming a key factor of production driving the development of the digital economy. This year, the group focused on its core strategy of "Edge Cloud + AI Services," establishing a four-layer integrated technology stack comprising "Infrastructure - Edge Nodes - Computing Power - Applications." It continued to advance its core businesses in intelligent computing, edge computing, and AI applications, achieving breakthroughs in technological capability building, product system refinement, and industry application implementation.
Throughout the reporting period, the group continued to deepen its IDC solution services by optimizing resource allocation and enhancing operational efficiency to better meet customer demands for stable, secure, and efficient data center infrastructure services. During the year, the group persistently improved its data center operational management and security protection capabilities, refining network traffic monitoring and risk identification mechanisms to elevate overall service stability and security assurance levels.
IDC solution services remained the group's primary revenue source during the reporting period, generating approximately 759 million yuan in revenue, which accounted for 80.4% of the group's total revenue. Compared to the same period last year, the IDC business maintained a steady growth trajectory, with revenue increasing by approximately 15.2% year-on-year. The group continued to expand its high-value customer base, focusing on internet platform companies, cloud service providers, and large AI model enterprises. It added 16 new IDC customers during the year and continued to broaden the geographical coverage of its IDC solution services, further enhancing market penetration and service capabilities.
