Air China Announces Departure of Chief Accountant Sun Yuquan Effective 29 April 2026

Air China Limited disclosed that Chief Accountant Sun Yuquan has stepped down from his position effective 29 April 2026 due to work adjustments. According to the board announcement, Mr. Sun has completed all required handover procedures, and no unfulfilled commitments remain.
The company states that Mr. Sun’s departure will not adversely affect daily operations. Air China plans to finalize the appointment of a new Chief Accountant in accordance with internal procedures as soon as possible.
The Board expressed gratitude for Mr. Sun’s contributions during his tenure. The announcement was signed by Company Secretary Xiao Feng in Beijing on 29 April 2026.
