Li Auto Inc. disclosed that it repurchased 364,104 Class A WVR ordinary shares on 17 August 2026 via the Nasdaq Global Select Market. The shares were bought at prices ranging between USD 6.18 and USD 6.26, with an aggregate outlay of USD 2.26 million, implying a volume-weighted average purchase price of approximately USD 6.21 per share.
Following the transaction, Li Auto’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.02 % to 1.73 billion shares, while the company’s treasury share balance rose to 90.08 million. Total issued shares, inclusive of treasury shares, remain unchanged at 1.82 billion.
The buyback formed part of the mandate approved on 29 May 2026, which authorises the repurchase of up to 214.28 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 70.49 million shares, representing 3.29 % of the share count on the mandate’s approval date. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals will remain in effect until 16 September 2026.
