SHENGHUI CLEAN (02521) has announced that Dr. Wang Hui, an independent non-executive director, has been reassigned from his role as Chairman of the company's Investment Committee to a member of the committee. Concurrently, Mr. Wei Dongjin, the Board Co-Chairman and an executive director, has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Investment Committee. These changes will take effect from March 17, 2026.
