The board of CHONGQING IRON (ASX: 01053) has announced it received resignation letters from Mr. Song De'an and Mr. Zhou Ping on June 3, 2026.
Mr. Song De'an has stepped down from his roles as a company director, vice chairman, and as a member of the Strategy and ESG Committee, the Nomination Committee, and the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee due to personal work reasons.
Similarly, Mr. Zhou Ping has resigned from his positions as a company director and as a member of the Strategy and ESG Committee and the Audit and Risk Committee.
Following their resignations, neither Mr. Song De'an nor Mr. Zhou Ping will hold any further positions within the company.
