FORGAME (00484) has announced that on September 26, 2025, the company entered into an equity-linked fixed-rate note with a principal amount of US$750,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$5.85 million), excluding transaction costs.

The reference share price of the fixed-rate note was below the exercise price at the close of trading on October 5, 2026. As of the date of this announcement, under the terms of the fixed-rate note, the company is required to receive 6,238 Alibaba shares at the exercise price, with a consideration of approximately US$750,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$5.85 million), excluding transaction costs.

The average price paid per Alibaba share, excluding transaction costs, is approximately US$120.218 (equivalent to approximately HK$937.70).

The company believes that Alibaba, as one of China's leading e-commerce and cloud computing groups, with a business ecosystem spanning domestic and international commerce, cloud intelligence, logistics, and digital media, possesses a broad business layout and will serve as a reliable long-term investment target for the company.

Accordingly, the company has deployed its available funds to purchase a fixed-rate note with an attractive coupon rate, which can generate higher interest income compared to bank time deposits and offers potential upside exposure to Alibaba, thereby seeking to maximize long-term potential returns for the company.
