On 30 April 2026, China Ruifeng Renewable Energy Holdings Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report are now available on both the company website (www.c-ruifeng.com) and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends that shareholders access the electronic versions but confirms that printed copies—available in English, Chinese or both languages—will be provided free of charge upon request. Non-registered shareholders can obtain hard copies by completing the enclosed request form and returning it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or by emailing 527-ecom@vistra.com.

Future corporate communications will be distributed electronically when shareholders supply functional email addresses through their custodian banks, brokers, or other intermediaries. If no email or postal address is provided via Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Nominees, no notification will be sent.
