Chu Kong Petroleum and Natural Gas Steel Pipe Holdings Limited (CHU KONG PIPE) has filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 May 2026, confirming no changes to either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

At month-end, authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion.
