Global Resource Construction wins AUD67 million Australian apartment contract

Global Resource Construction Ltd. announced that its subsidiary, GRC Buxton Pty Ltd, has secured a building works contract valued at about 67.0 million Australian dollars from Bazem Pty Ltd.

The project involves designing and constructing 115 apartments in Forest Hill, Victoria, comprising a six-level tower, a five-level tower, a two-level basement and a shared landscaped podium.

Construction is scheduled to start in the second quarter of 2026 and is expected to take 20 months.

The company said the contract should contribute positively to its net tangible assets and earnings per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.
