TIANGE repurchases 0.24 million shares for HKD 0.15 million; treasury stock climbs to 1.52 million

TIANGE Interactive Holdings filed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 22 July 2026 reporting an on-market buyback executed the same day. The company repurchased 0.24 million ordinary shares at HKD 0.61 each, spending HKD 0.15 million in total. All repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock; none have been cancelled.

After the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury) declined to 1.11 billion, a 0.0215% reduction from the previous day. Treasury shares increased to 1.52 million, while total issued share capital remained steady at 1.11 billion.

Under the current shareholder mandate approved on 29 May 2026, TIANGE is authorised to buy back up to 110.94 million shares. Including the latest purchase, 1.52 million shares—equivalent to 0.1367% of the issued share base at the mandate date—have been repurchased.

Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 21 August 2026.
