Bank of Gansu: June 2026 Share Capital Steady at RMB 15.07 Billion, Public Float Fully Compliant

Bank of Gansu Co., Ltd. submitted its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming that all key share capital metrics remained unchanged during the month.

The bank’s registered share capital stayed at RMB 15.07 billion, comprising 3.79 billion H-shares and 11.28 billion domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.00. No additional shares were authorised, issued, or cancelled in June.

Issued share capital was likewise steady at 3.79 billion H-shares and 11.28 billion domestic shares, with no treasury shares on the balance sheet. The H-share public float satisfied the Main Board’s Initial Prescribed Threshold of 25%, as confirmed in the filing.

The return also noted the absence of new share options, warrants, convertible securities, or Hong Kong Depositary Receipts during the reporting period.

Director Liu Qing signed the statutory confirmations, attesting that all regulatory and procedural requirements were met.
