Yan Palace Proposes Amendments to Articles of Association

Xiamen Yan Palace Bird’s Nest Industry Co., Ltd. (Yan Palace) announced that its board of directors intends to revise the company’s Articles of Association to align with the latest PRC laws and regulations.

The proposed amendments will be tabled for shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM). A circular detailing the changes and the AGM notice is scheduled for distribution to shareholders on 17 April 2026.

The board currently comprises four executive directors, two non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors. Chairman Huang Jian signed the announcement on 14 April 2026 in Hong Kong.
