1957 & Co. Reports No Change in Share Capital for June 2026; Public Float Remains Compliant

1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited (Hong Kong GEM: 08495) has filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital stood at 3.80 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.0001 each, representing total authorised capital of HKD 0.38 million—identical to the prior month’s level.
