MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, MoneyMax Treasure Pte. Ltd., has priced 30 million Singapore dollars of 5.00% fixed-rate notes maturing in 2028. The issuance, designated Series 001 Tranche 003, will be consolidated into the same series as earlier tranches of 70 million Singapore dollars issued on Oct, 30 2025 and 30 million Singapore dollars issued on Nov, 10 2025, all under the company’s 500 million Singapore dollars multicurrency medium term note programme.
The new notes will be issued at 100.50% of face value with accrued interest from Apr, 30 2026, and are expected to be issued on May, 21 2026 and listed on the Singapore Exchange on May, 22 2026. Interest will be paid semi-annually on Apr, 30 and Oct, 30, starting Oct, 30 2026, with final maturity on Oct, 30 2028.
DBS Bank Ltd. is acting as the sole global coordinator, lead manager and bookrunner. Net proceeds will be allocated to general corporate purposes, including refinancing existing borrowings, financing investments and acquisitions, and meeting working-capital and capital-expenditure needs.
The notes will be direct, unconditional, unsubordinated and unsecured obligations of MoneyMax Treasure Pte. Ltd., and will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd.
