LandBridge Co. LLC's stock soared 5.16% in after-hours trading on Wednesday, following the release of its fourth quarter and full-year 2025 financial results.
The land management firm reported Q4 revenue of $56.8 million, a 56% year-over-year increase that beat analyst estimates of $51.65 million. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was $51.1 million, also exceeding expectations, with a robust margin of 90%. The company also generated $36.4 million in free cash flow during the period.
In addition to the strong earnings, LandBridge announced a 20% increase in its quarterly cash dividend to $0.12 per share and authorized a new $50 million share repurchase program through year-end 2027. The company also provided a positive outlook, expecting 2026 Adjusted EBITDA to be between $205 million and $225 million, representing projected growth of over 20% at the midpoint.
