Top Glove Corporation Bhd has disclosed that pension fund manager Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) acquired 4,629,300 ordinary shares in the open market on Jun, 15 2026.
Following the purchase, KWAP’s aggregate stake in the glove maker stands at 532,225,650 shares, comprising a direct holding of 442,703,250 shares (5.521%) and an indirect/deemed interest in 89,522,400 shares (1.117%).
The change was reported to the company on Jun, 16 2026.
