Chaoju Eye Care Holdings Limited disclosed that it repurchased 60,000 ordinary shares on 23 June 2026 through on-market transactions at prices ranging between HK$2.47 and HK$2.50, for a total consideration of HK$148,755. The shares are designated for cancellation.
Including this latest transaction, the company has acquired 1.16 million shares since 2 April 2026 that are still awaiting cancellation, equal to approximately 0.17% of its current issued share capital of 705.18 million shares. No new shares were issued during the period, leaving the company’s issued share count unchanged.
Under the repurchase mandate approved on 12 May 2026, Chaoju Eye Care is authorised to buy back up to 70.52 million shares. Since the mandate’s approval, the company has repurchased 779,000 shares, representing 0.11% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date. A 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares is in place until 23 July 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing rules.
