Kingsmen Creatives says no new impact from winding-up petition against subsidiary

Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. announced that, as of Jun, 30 2026, there has been no material development in the winding-up petition filed by Yap GRC Construction Sdn. Bhd. against its 71% indirectly owned subsidiary, Kingsmen Projects Sdn. Bhd. (KPSB).

The company stated that the petition, first disclosed on Feb, 27 2026 and last updated on May, 31 2026, continues to have no significant effect on the group’s financial position.

Kingsmen Creatives also noted that a separate winding-up order was issued by the High Court of Malaya on Jun, 23 2026 against KPSB, an outcome it had already disclosed on Jun, 26 2026.

The group said it will release further announcements if there are additional material developments, in line with Singapore Exchange listing requirements.
