In the first half of this year, China's customs authorities conducted special campaigns targeting key areas of infringement, resulting in the seizure of 13,000 batches of goods suspected of being counterfeit, totaling 36.09 million items.

According to the General Administration of Customs, the agency approved 15,000 intellectual property customs protection filings during this period. Additionally, customs processed 165 general guarantee applications for intellectual property rights protection.

The intensified crackdown reflects a continued effort to combat trademark and copyright violations, particularly in sectors where counterfeit goods pose significant risks to consumers and businesses.
