FrogAds, Inc. (FROG) stock surged 15.61% over the past 24 hours, with the majority of gains coming in post-market trading after the company reported second-quarter financial results that easily topped analyst expectations.

The company posted adjusted earnings per share of $0.27, a 50% increase from the prior year, beating the consensus estimate of $0.24. Revenue jumped 28.7% to $163.8 million, exceeding the $155.6 million forecast. Cloud revenue was a standout, climbing 53% year-over-year to $87.5 million, while the number of customers with annual recurring revenue above $1 million grew 59% to 97. CEO Shlomi Ben Haim cited AI-driven artifact growth, cloud adoption, and rising demand for security solutions as key drivers.

FrogAds also raised its full-year guidance, now expecting adjusted EPS of $0.96 to $1.00 on revenue of $648 million to $652 million, both above prior forecasts and analyst consensus. The company's third-quarter outlook also exceeded Street projections, reinforcing investor optimism about its growth trajectory.
