MiniMax plans potential STAR Market listing through proposed RMB share issuance

MiniMax Group Inc. announced that its board has approved an initial plan to explore issuing Renminbi-denominated shares and seeking a listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange’s STAR Market.

The proposal involves engaging professional advisors, entering into tutoring agreements, and holding consultations with securities regulators. Implementation remains subject to market conditions and approvals from bodies including the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited.

The company cautioned that the timetable and specific terms of any RMB share issue may change and there is no assurance the transaction will proceed. Further disclosures will be released in line with applicable regulations.
