Yeo Hiap Seng Limited announced on Jul, 20 2026 that it has appointed Adrian Ho as Chief Executive Officer, effective Sep, 1 2026. Ho will succeed Ong Yuh Hwang, who will step down on Aug, 31 2026 after leading the group for more than three and a half years.

The company said the transition follows a structured succession and hand-over process aimed at ensuring continuity in operations and strategic priorities.

Ho joins Yeo’s with more than three decades of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods sector at Nestlé. His career includes senior roles across Europe and Asia, most recently as Vice President and Regional Manager, Zone Asia Oceania Africa, based in Switzerland. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Head of Nescafé, Coffee and Beverages in Greater China, where the business grew fourfold under his leadership.

Chairman Na Wu Beng thanked Ong for his contributions since 2022 and said Ho will focus on driving business growth, strengthening product propositions and improving organisational efficiency while advancing capability building and talent development.
