Baiyunshan Pharma Schedules First Extraordinary General Meeting of 2026 to Approve Directors’ Remuneration Measures

Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Holdings Company Limited has issued a proxy form for its first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of 2026, set for 10:00 a.m. on Friday, 28 August 2026, at the company’s headquarters on No. 45 Sha Mian North Street, Liwan District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China.

Two ordinary resolutions will be put to a shareholder vote:

1. Adoption of the Remuneration Management Measures for Directors and Senior Management. 2. Confirmation of the 2026 remuneration package for employee-representative director Mr. Liu Hong.

Shareholders may appoint the EGM chair or another individual as proxy and are required to submit signed proxy forms—together with any notarised power of attorney, if applicable—to the company’s H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, no later than 24 hours before the meeting. Joint shareholders must ensure the proxy form is signed by the first-named holder on the share register.

Attendance in person overrides any previously submitted proxy. All times referenced follow Hong Kong time.
