MINIEYE Announces Board Changes: Su Jia Appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director

The board of MINIEYE (HKG: 02431) has announced several changes to its composition. Mr. Bi Lei has informed the board that, due to the expiry of his term and work arrangements, he will not seek re-election as a candidate for the second-term board. He has stepped down from his role as a non-executive director following the annual general meeting where the relevant resolutions for the election and re-election of directors were passed.

Similarly, Dr. Xiang Yang has informed the board that, due to the expiry of his term and work arrangements, he will not seek re-election. He has stepped down from his positions as independent non-executive director, member of the audit committee, member of the remuneration and appraisal committee, and chairman of the nomination committee following the annual general meeting.

Subsequent to the AGM, Mr. Zhang Jianping has been appointed as a non-executive director, and Ms. Su Jia has been appointed as an independent non-executive director.

Following Dr. Xiang Yang's departure and Ms. Su Jia's appointment as an independent non-executive director, the board further announced that Ms. Su Jia has been appointed as a member of the audit committee, a member of the remuneration and appraisal committee, and as the chairman of the nomination committee, effective June 12, 2026.

Additionally, Mr. Tan Kaiguo has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee, replacing Ms. Liu Yiran, also effective from June 12, 2026.
