Synertone posts static share capital and confirms public float compliance in March 2026 update

Synertone Communication Corporation released its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 March 2026, showing no movements in either authorised or issued equity during the month.

The authorised share capital remains at 4.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equivalent to HKD 400.00 million.

Issued share capital is unchanged at 535.86 million ordinary shares, representing 13.40 % of the authorised limit. No treasury shares are held, repurchased or cancelled.

The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s 25 % minimum public-float requirement as at 31 March 2026.

Share-based incentives also recorded no activity. Outstanding options from the scheme granted on 26 April 2024 total 10.79 million units, equivalent to 2.01 % of current issued shares. The 2025 Share Option Scheme has no options outstanding. No warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were reported.

Overall, Synertone’s equity structure and capital base remained stable throughout March 2026, with regulatory float thresholds met and no dilution events recorded.
