Nexchip Sets HK$32.30 Offer Price, Targets 10 July Hong Kong Listing

Nexchip Semiconductor Corporation has finalized the offer price for its H-share Global Offering at HK$32.30 per share, exclusive of brokerage, levies and fees.

Trading on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. on 10 July 2026, subject to the Global Offering becoming unconditional by 8:00 a.m. the same day. Shares will trade in board lots of 100.

The company will release subscription statistics for both the International Offering and Hong Kong Public Offering on 9 July 2026, detailing demand levels and allocation results.

China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited is acting as Stabilizing Manager and may conduct price-stabilizing transactions for up to 30 days after the close of applications for the Hong Kong Public Offering (6 August 2026).

Underwriting obligations may be terminated by the Sole Sponsor and Overall Coordinators at any time up to 8:00 a.m. on the listing date upon occurrence of specified events outlined in the prospectus.

The H-shares are offered exclusively outside the United States in reliance on Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act.

Board composition on the date of the announcement includes Executive Directors Tsai Kuo-Chih and Zhu Caiwei; Non-executive Directors Lu Qinhang, Chen Xiaobei, Guo Zhaozhi and Qiu Wensheng; and Independent Non-executive Directors Prof. An Guangshi, Prof. Lin Zhiting and Chen Ting.
