UltraGreen.ai Limited announced that it has received a “no objection” notice from Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) on May, 05 2026, clearing the way for its shares to trade in both Singapore dollars (SGD) and United States dollars (USD).

Beginning at 9:00 a.m. on May, 18 2026, investors will be able to buy and sell UltraGreen.ai shares on SGX-ST through a new SGD counter in addition to the existing USD counter. Trades executed on the USD counter will settle in USD, while transactions on the SGD counter will settle in SGD. The trading name and stock code for the SGD counter will be announced before the launch date.

The board said dual-currency trading is intended to enhance flexibility and convenience for investors, allowing them to choose their preferred settlement currency and reduce foreign-exchange exposure. The initiative does not affect the company’s total number of issued shares.

Investors seeking further details on dual-currency trading can refer to the SGX website or consult their financial or professional advisers.
