Bairong Inc. Elevates Chan Chun Kit to CFO as Zheng Wei Shifts to Consultant Role

Bairong Inc. announced that Executive Director and current Chief Strategy Officer Chan Chun Kit will assume the position of Chief Financial Officer effective 9 April 2026.

The Board highlighted Mr. Chan’s expertise in information technology, artificial intelligence and algorithmic trading, viewing these skills as pivotal to advancing the Group’s AI-driven strategy.

Incumbent CFO Zheng Wei will step down on the same date, citing a desire to devote more time to personal health. He will remain with the company as a consultant. Mr. Zheng confirmed he has no disagreements with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder attention in relation to his role change.

The Board expressed gratitude for Mr. Zheng’s contributions during his tenure and extended a warm welcome to Mr. Chan in his new capacity.
