GOME RETAIL to Appoint Zhongzheng Tianheng as New Auditor

GOME RETAIL (00493) announced that its current auditor, Zhongrui Hexin Certified Public Accountants, will retire at the conclusion of the forthcoming annual general meeting and will not seek reappointment. On May 7, 2026, upon the recommendation of the company's audit committee, the board of directors resolved to appoint Zhongzheng Tianheng Certified Public Accountants as the new auditor. The appointment will take effect upon the retirement of Zhongrui Hexin at the end of the annual general meeting and will remain in force until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting, subject to approval by shareholders at the meeting.
