ORBUSNEICH (06929) has announced a series of executive leadership changes, effective August 17, 2026.
Ms. Liu Guizhen, an executive director, has been appointed as the company's Co-Chief Executive Officer, serving jointly with Mr. Qian Yongxun. She will also step down from her role as Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Chen Yongcheng, also an executive director, has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer, relinquishing his positions as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.
Ms. Chen Wenying has been appointed as the company's new Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, effective August 17, 2026.
