Wuxi AppTec (HKEX: 02359) has announced the execution of a share buyback program. On June 15, 2026, the company allocated HK$102 million to repurchase 818,000 of its shares. The repurchase price for these transactions ranged between HK$124.1 and HK$127.8 per share.
In a separate transaction on the same date, the company also spent approximately RMB 100 million to buy back 1,013,900 of its A-shares. The price for these repurchases was between RMB 97.87 and RMB 99.38 per share.
