NEW GONOW RV (00805) has announced a delay in publishing its full-year 2025 financial results. As previously disclosed, the postponement is due to the company not having received a timely formal response from KPMG Australia, the auditor for its Australian subsidiary, by March 31, 2026. Consequently, KPMG, the company's independent auditor, has been unable to complete all necessary audit procedures required for the 2025 annual results. Specifically, as of March 31, 2026, KPMG had not received the inter-office report from KPMG Australia because the latter had not substantially completed its audit work related to revenue and certain audit documentation. This delay stems from time constraints, as KPMG Australia required additional time to conduct a detailed review of extra information, explanations, and documents during the final audit stage, which took longer than initially anticipated. The audit scope performed by KPMG Australia covers the financial information of the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Regent RV Pty Ltd (Regent), and its three subsidiaries. Regent and its three subsidiaries, which represent four of the five subsidiaries that significantly impact the group's performance, assets, or liabilities, are expected to contribute a net loss of approximately RMB 9.2 million to the group's profit and loss for the year ended December 31, 2025. They are also projected to contribute approximately RMB 550.9 million to the group's total assets as of December 31, 2025. Despite the delay, as of March 31, 2026, and up to the date of this announcement, the company has not been informed by KPMG of any audit matters or suspected transactions that would lead to a qualified audit opinion, nor has it been notified that a qualified opinion is expected. Following the company's provision of all required supplementary information, explanations, and documents, KPMG Australia has substantially completed the remaining work and audit documentation as of the announcement date. KPMG is now conducting a final review of the component auditor's working papers and is committed to completing all necessary audit procedures in a timely manner. Therefore, the company requires additional time to prepare the announcement of the 2025 full-year results and will make its best efforts to publish them by April 30, 2026. The company reiterates that the group's business operations remain normal.
