BAIOO: Chairman Dai Jian Adds 1.07 Million Shares, Stake Climbs to 24.0%

BAIOO Family Interactive Limited (BAIOO) disclosed that Executive Director and Chairman Dai Jian expanded his holding through on-market purchases executed by his indirectly owned vehicle, Stmoritz Investment Limited.

On 2 April 2026, Stmoritz acquired 70,000 ordinary shares at an average price of HK$0.445 each. Following this transaction, Stmoritz’s stake rose to approximately 689.01 million shares, representing 24.0% of BAIOO’s issued share capital.

Including earlier buys between 30 March and 7 April 2026, Dai Jian accumulated a total of 1.07 million shares during the period, all executed via Stmoritz on the open market.

The board of BAIOO now comprises Executive Directors Dai Jian, Wu Lili and Li Chong, alongside four Independent Non-Executive Directors: Liu Qianli, Wang Qing, Ma Xiaofeng and Wei Kevin Cheng.
