On 30 April 2026, China Reinsurance (Group) Corporation (“CHINA RE”) announced the official publication of its 2025 Annual Report. Both the English and Chinese versions are now accessible on the company’s website (www.chinare.com.cn) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board highlighted that CHINA RE has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, encompassing directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Shareholders are encouraged to register a valid email address—either by scanning a personalised QR code on the reply form or by returning the form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited—to receive timely electronic notifications and documents.

Until an email address is provided, “actionable” corporate communications requiring shareholder instructions will continue to be issued in printed form. For those preferring hard copies of the 2025 Annual Report or future materials, written requests or emails to Chinare.ecom@computershare.com.hk can be submitted at no cost. Such print-mail instructions remain effective for one year unless revoked or superseded.

Full details of the electronic-delivery arrangements, together with contact information for the H-share registrar, are available in the Investor Relations section of CHINA RE’s website.
