Kingsmen Creatives clinches contract of up to 80.8 million Singapore dollars for Resorts World Sentosa project

Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. (5MZ) announced on Apr, 22 2026 that its wholly owned subsidiary, Kingsmen Exhibits Pte Ltd, has secured a design-and-build contract worth up to approximately 80.8 million Singapore dollars from Resorts World at Sentosa Pte Ltd to carry out thematic attraction works.
The group expects the agreement to enhance its earnings per share and net tangible assets per share for the financial years ending Dec, 31 2026 through 2029. The company said none of its directors or controlling shareholders has any interest in the contract apart from their existing shareholdings.
