Jcet Group Co.,Ltd. (600584.SH) released its latest interim report on the evening of August 20, revealing that the company achieved growth in its first-half performance, driven by a rise in high-value-added products and cost-reduction initiatives, with notable contributions from its computing electronics and advanced packaging segments.
Specifically, Jcet Group Co.,Ltd. posted operating revenue of RMB 19.53 billion for the first half of 2026, a year-on-year increase of 4.96%. Net profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB 845 million, up 79.41% from the prior year. Deducting non-recurring gains and losses, net profit climbed 84.73% to RMB 808 million, while net cash inflow from operating activities rose 26.75% to RMB 2.964 billion.
The company attributed the robust results to rapidly growing demand for AI-related infrastructure and edge applications, a clear trend of domestic substitution in semiconductors, and the continued uptick in the global semiconductor industry's prosperity. By staying focused on its core manufacturing business, seizing market opportunities, and expanding customer orders, Jcet Group Co.,Ltd. maintained high capacity utilization, which fueled revenue and profit growth.
The profit growth rate significantly outpaced revenue expansion, driven by two key factors. First, the company persistently optimized its product mix and business portfolio, increasing the share of high-value-added products and enhancing profitability. Second, revenue from the computing electronics segment surged 40.4% year-on-year, making it the largest incremental contributor on the application side. Additionally, the company deepened its cost-control and efficiency measures, partially offsetting the impact of rising raw material prices and providing positive support to profits.
At the subsidiary level, JCET Advanced saw a substantial year-on-year increase in net profit, thanks to the elevated value of its integrated wafer-level advanced packaging and testing services. Meanwhile, JCET Suqian and JCET Chuzhou both returned to profitability.
Looking ahead, the industry's structural growth expectations persist. WSTS forecasts the global semiconductor market to reach USD 1.51 trillion in 2026, with memory sales expected to surpass USD 800 billion. Yole Group projects the global advanced packaging market to hit approximately USD 62 billion in 2026. Jcet Group Co.,Ltd. stated that in the next phase, it will remain committed to its full-year operational targets and accelerate the optimization of its product structure toward AI-related applications.
Notably, compared to three months ago, the top ten shareholders of Jcet Group Co.,Ltd. have seen notable changes, with four new investors entering the list and five existing shareholders reducing their holdings. Among them, the national big fund reduced its stake by 21.49 million shares, a 1.2% decrease, over the three-month period.
