CHINA SANDI (00910) has announced a leadership transition in its corporate governance team, with the departure of one executive and the swift appointment of a successor.

According to the company's official statement, Pan Weigang has officially resigned from his position as company secretary. In a concurrent move, Wang Wei has been appointed to fill the vacancy, assuming the role with immediate effect from August 20, 2026.

Beyond her new secretarial duties, Wang Wei will also serve as the alternate authorized representative for the company's directors, Guo Jiadi and Wang Chao. This designation aligns with the requirements set forth under Rule 3.06(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
