Navan Unveils 'Anywhere' Cross-Platform Travel Feature, First Integration with Gemini Enterprise

The global AI-powered corporate travel and expense management platform, Navan, Inc., announced the launch of its "Navan Anywhere" initiative on Tuesday. This program is designed to embed Navan directly into the tools employees use daily, enabling users to achieve frictionless travel bookings on any platform and in any manner. As the first step of this initiative, Navan's AI travel agent is now available on the Google Cloud Marketplace and is fully integrated into Gemini Enterprise. Users can now plan, book, and manage travel itineraries directly within conversations via Gemini Enterprise.

This collaboration with Google Cloud marks the first implementation of Navan's strategy to embed its AI agent into third-party platforms. By employing a headless architecture, Navan Anywhere brings Navan's complete ecosystem—including its extensive flight and hotel inventory, policy controls, AI agent, and intelligent expense automation—directly into employees' daily workflows.

Dane Molter, Senior Vice President of Group Travel Marketplace at Navan, stated, "A core value we live daily is 'Customer Obsessed.' This means delivering the best experience and providing frictionless service wherever our users want to book. Embedding Navan into Gemini Enterprise is a critical first step in our strategy to bring the magic of Navan anywhere and everywhere."

Looking ahead, Navan plans to expand the reach of Navan Anywhere to more enterprise platforms and third-party user interfaces later this year. This expansion aims to offer users less hassle, eliminate the need to switch between applications, and provide faster access to Navan's services.

Navan continues to advance the deep application of AI technology in the travel management sector. In May 2026, the company introduced several AI features at its Navigate customer conference, including the "Book with AI" function, which allows users to complete itinerary bookings through natural conversation. Furthermore, Navan has developed multiple specialized AI agents, such as Ava, the AI travel agent handling flight changes and loyalty programs; an exemption agent that monitors weather disruptions and proactively issues alerts; and a voice agent responsible for phone communications with hotels. The previously launched Navan Edge product further provides personalized hotel recommendations for frequent business travelers and integrates loyalty programs to enable "triple reward" accumulation.
