Sunac Services Cancels 21.07 Million Shares, Trimming Issued Capital by 0.69%

Sunac Services Holdings Limited disclosed a reduction in its share capital following the cancellation of 21.07 million repurchased ordinary shares on 27 May 2026.

The cancelled shares, bought back on-market between 26 March and 19 May 2026 at a volume-weighted average price of HKD 0.935612 per share, represented 0.69% of the company’s previously issued share base. Based on the stated average price, the aggregate consideration for the repurchase is estimated at approximately HKD 19.71 million.

As a result of the cancellation, Sunac Services’ total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell from 3.05 billion to 3.03 billion. No treasury shares were held before or after the transaction, and there are no pending share cancellations.

The board confirmed that the repurchase and cancellation complied with all relevant requirements of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board Listing Rules and applicable regulations.
