JY GRANDMARK Reports H1 Contract Sales of Approximately RMB 34.95 Million

JY GRANDMARK (HKEX: 02231) has issued an announcement regarding its operational and financial position for the six-month period ended June 30, 2026.

The group, including its joint ventures and associates, achieved a total contracted sales value of approximately RMB 34.95 million during the period.

As of June 30, 2026, the total principal amount of the group's bank and other borrowings stood at approximately RMB 3.119 billion. Within this total, borrowings with a principal amount of about RMB 2.952 billion are considered to be in default and are subject to immediate repayment upon demand by the respective lenders.

The group is involved in a total of 252 litigation cases. Five of these cases are related to the group's bank and other borrowings, with a total disputed amount of approximately RMB 858 million. Among these five cases, one has received a final judgment requiring the group to pay approximately RMB 56.68 million.

The remaining 247 cases involve other disputes arising in the ordinary course of the group's property development business, with a total disputed amount of about RMB 1.418 billion. Final judgments have been issued in 197 of these 247 cases, with the group obligated to pay a total of approximately RMB 300.8 million. Enforcement proceedings have been initiated for 105 of these adjudicated cases, involving a total amount of roughly RMB 184 million.
